KidsQueue, Inc. ("KidsQueue," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who uses our platform — especially because our Services involve children and families. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the rights and choices you have regarding your information.
By using the KidsQueue website, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the KidsQueue platform, including parents and guardians ("Parents") and childcare providers ("Providers"). It does not apply to the practices of third-party childcare providers who may collect information independently through their own programs.
Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide to Us

- –Complete your profile (address, profile photo, program name and details for Providers)
- –Complete identity verification as a Parent (government-issued ID or other verification data, processed by our verification partner)
- –Add a child to a waitlist or submit a tour request (child's name, date of birth or age, desired start date, notes or preferences)
- –Complete a digital enrollment form (which may include the child's name, date of birth, allergies, medical conditions, emergency contacts, authorized pick-up individuals, parental authorizations, and other information specified by the Provider)
- –Send messages to Providers or other users through our platform
- –Submit a review or rating of a Provider
- –Contact us for support or inquiries
- –Make or receive payments through our platform (billing information, bank account or payment card details, processed by our payment processor)
We collect personal information that you provide directly when you:

How We Share Your Information
3.1 With Providers
When a Parent connects with a Provider — by joining a waitlist, requesting a tour, submitting an enrollment form, or sending a message — we share the relevant information with that Provider. This may include the Parent's name and contact details, and information about the child that the Parent has provided for that purpose (such as the child's name, age, and any health or enrollment information). Parents control what information they share and with which Providers by how they use our platform.
3.2 With Service Providers

Children's Privacy and COPPA Compliance
KidsQueue takes the privacy of children seriously. Our Services are designed for use by adults — Parents, guardians, and childcare Providers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Any personal information about a child that appears in our system is provided by a Parent or guardian, or by a Provider who received it from a Parent or guardian with appropriate consent. By submitting information about your child through our platform, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and that you consent to the collection and use of that information as described in this Privacy Policy. Information about children collected through our platform — including names, dates of birth, allergies, medical conditions, and other details included in enrollment forms — is used solely for the purpose of facilitating childcare services. We do not use children's personal information for advertising or marketing purposes. We do not disclose children's personal information to third parties other than the specific Provider(s) with whom a Parent has chosen to connect, and as necessary to operate our Services or comply with the law.
Data Retention
- –Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, except for information we are required to retain by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
- –Information about children (including digital enrollment form data) is retained as long as your account is active and associated with a Provider relationship. Parents may request deletion of their child's information by contacting privacy@kidsqueue.com.
- –Transaction records and payment information are retained as required by applicable financial laws and regulations, typically for a minimum of seven years.
- –Communications and messages between users may be retained for a period sufficient to resolve disputes and for platform safety purposes.
- –Log and usage data collected automatically is generally retained for a shorter period, unless needed for security investigations or legal compliance.

Your Privacy Rights and Choices
6.1 Access, Correction, and Deletion

We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, or as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
6.2 California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
- –Right to Know: You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected it, the business or commercial purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.

International Users
KidsQueue is based in the United States and our Services are designed for use within the United States. If you access our Services from outside the U.S., your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer and processing. We handle your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable U.S. law.
